Osinbajo gave the assurance to the people of South East and South-South geopolitical zones
during a one-day visit to Anambra State to launch  the second phase of TraderMoni, a federal government micro-credit scheme for pretty  traders.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has given further explanation on why it
is yet to release the result of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME. Dr Fabian Benjamin, the JAMB spokesman,
disclosed on Saturday, that they had to take all necessary steps and precautions before releasing the results.

8. Afenifere Breaks Silence on Atiku’s Nationality. 
 
The Yoruba socio-political organization, Afenifere has today reacted to claims by the All Progressives Congress, APC, that Aliyu Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate was a Cameroonian and
not a Nigerian. Speaking with newsmen today, the group’s spokesperson, Yinka Odumakin
described the claim by the ruling APC as nonsense and an attempt to mislead people.
 
 
9. 16 Dead, Others Injured In
Kano Auto Crash. 
 
 
At least 16 persons have been confirmed dead while several others have been left with various
degrees of injuries when three vehicles on Friday evening, collided at Tukai Village in dambatta Local Government Area in Kano State. U-Rock News Desk  reports that the accident occurred at about 7.30 p.m and involved three vehicles; a Honda Accord, Peugeot 406 and a
Volkswagen Golf car when they collided from the  opposite directions.
